Kingfisher Cove is a self-catered, whole-property holiday rental on First Avenue, Umdloti, 20 minutes north of Durban. On arrival, a staff member greets you, walks you through the house and hands over the keys. After that, the property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay.

Umdloti is a small, relatively unhurried beach village on the KwaZulu-Natal coast. The water is warm and sheltered, and the main road on South Beach Road has a good selection of restaurants, a deli and a bottle store within walking distance.
Kingfisher Cove is at the end of First Avenue. The Surf Motel directly in front is under the same ownership and provides right-of-way and direct beach access for guests.
